Superb, clean, well furnished, super equipped, peaceful, perfectly situated location. Approachable friendly owners.- whilst advertised for 14, there are 2 double bedrooms so suitable for 2 adult couples; the other rooms are suitable for children/adolescents. This was perfect for us (4 adults, 3 adolescents) perhaps a squeeze for bigger group of grown ups- kitchen is small (1.5m x 1.5m). One small single oven, tiny microwave oven, hob with 3 cooking zones only. Fridge small no ice maker. Again this suited us fine. Larger group may struggle, depends on your meal plans- you need to arrive with basics like toilet roll, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing machine pods, these aren’t provided- you need to make your beds on arrival, then wash bathmats, kitchen towels end of stay- no air con (the attic bedrooms got fairly hot)- if you a BBQ fan, on site it is just electric hot plate (a little disappointing); we bought a real BBQ- focus on 14 seats, but only 2 sun loungers… we were ok with this- parking for 2 cars, though tight for 1 large 4x4 SUV small carVery much enjoyed our stay, definitely want to return. Absolutely 5*, highly recommend this accommodation, certainly for a group of 2 adult couples with children/adolescents. We were asked to pay 130 to check in 3 hours early which seemed a bit odd, that’s the only negative thing I can think of, and was a slight worry before we arrived (hospitality isn’t about money). Hence 4 stars.

We enjoyed the most delightful vacation in Arzon. The house is beautiful and designed so that everyone can find a lovely spot ro relax. The beds are all very comfortable. We ate out on the terrace 4 nights out of 5. You can walk everywhere, rent bikes across the street, and buy wonderful food at the Tuesday market, just up the street. The Tremolo bakery has the best croissants and the smoked fish shop on the same street offers delicious seafood. We loved every minute of our stay in Arzon!

Ideal base for the area

This is a large family home, fantastic for our group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers with lots of space and nicely maintained gardens/decking area. Everything you could need in terms of kit and an excellent location- a short walk to the village centre. Easy to drive to the beach - about 20 mins to walk. Likewise the local supermarket, an Intermarche. I’d recommend the sea kayaking and cycling. The owner was very helpful and good at communicating. Highly recommended.

Une maison pleine de charme ainsi que son jardin, bien placée par rapport au Bourg, à Port Navalo, aux plages, aux pistes cyclables et aux chemins côtiers. Ce qui permet de se déplacer à pied, à vélo ou en bateau... De vraies vacances !

Une belle et confortable maison aux larges baies vitrées, au confort adapté à chacun, adultes comme plus jeunes. La cuisine était parfaite et bien équipée. Le jardin alentour très bien fleuri. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le village typique d'Arzon à deux pas de la mer. Les hôtes ont été très coopératifs.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub, nicht nur dank gutem Wetter, sondern auch dank einer sehr schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten und großzügigen Unterkunft in “la passerelle“. Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und haben uns persönlich empfangen und auch zum Schluss wieder verabschiedet, wobei sie uns viele gute Tipps (z.B. zum Fahrradverleih gleich gegenüber) gaben. Alles in allem ein überaus gelungener Urlaub!

La maison est spacieuse. On peut passer le temps agréable au salon, à la terrasse, dans le jardin et dans un solarium. La grande cuisine est très bien équipée. On peut faire une réception si l'on veut. J'ai passé les vacances très inoubliables.

Arrivant épuisé (suite à une opération cardiaque), j'ai trouvé une maison et un jardin de rêves situés à proximité d'un village accueillant et des deux ports accessibles à pied ou en vélo. A great family holiday

A great family holiday

This pleasant modern home is well situated for beaches, the harbours and shops. The cycle hire shop is almost opposite! But one can walk to most places within 20 or minutes or so, with local shops just 5 minutes walk away. The children enjoyed the local French sailing school (one instructor spoke very good English). This is a beautiful area of France, and the Gulf de Morbihan is an extraordinary place for boating and visiting islands. The house is situated in a quiet spot, with small pleasant gardens. The kitchen is well equipped. The house has a great open and comfortable feel in the main living area. There is a good master bedroom - the other bedrooms were small but fine for us for a holiday experience. In fact we are returning to this house again this year! The owners were helpful. Our favourite beach was near the hamlet of Monteno - quiet and secluded. There are many great walks around the Gulf. In general traffic and parking is no problem in this area. Port du Crouesty is a buzzy marina with excellent restaurants. Street markets in various places are colourful and interesting.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette jolie maison très bien aménagée, située dans un quartier calme à 400 m du bourg.Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants.la maison était propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié les ustensiles de cuisine très complets ou rien ne manquait, les nombreux jeux appréciés par les enfants,l'espace terrasse très agréable.

Appréciation assez négative sur la maison mais surtout sur la manière dont nous avons été traités après le séjour. La maison est en moins bon état que la présentation idyllique qui en est faite : terrasse en bois/PVC en mauvais état avec des trous, meubles de jardin en acier rouillé (une chaise a d'ailleurs cédé), châssis ne garantissant pas la sécurité de fermeture, chaleur étouffante dans la véranda- sans doute bien au printemps mais pas en été. Au niveau de la salle d'eau attenante à la petite chambre rez-de-chaussée : moisissures sur le plafond, pas de ventilation, spots aux plafonds dont les fils sont visibles. Chambres à l'étage mal disposées et peu pratiques. Le pire est la conservation de la garantie pour une griffe sur une vitre dont nous ne sommes pas les auteurs et pour laquelle le propriétaire ne peut fournir aucune preuve étant donné l'absence d'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie. Les propriétaires ne répondent plus à nos mails, nous obligeant au recours d'un service juridique. Nous nous sentons vraiment grugés! Par contre cadre très bien et localisation très intéressante. Méfiance et précaution seront de mise si la location vous intéresse. Exigez un état des lieux!

Une très agréable maison, bien située (à peine 10 mn à pied de la plage et à 5 mn à pied des commerces = boucherie, boulangerie, fruits/légumes, traiteur et du marché). A vélo, le port du crouesty est à 5 mn également. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment au niveau de la cuisine (2 BBQ Weber : le top !). Très bien pour deux familles. Il y a une pile incroyable de jeux de société ainsi que de vieux vinyles qui font rêver... Bref, un très agréable séjour.
