Modern house of 110 m² located in a quiet corner on the heights of St Jacques .

- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room.
- A room with a double bed in 160 with a private bathroom equipped with a shower - Access to the terrace.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- A room with a double bed 140
- A room with a double bed 140 and a crib, which communicates with a cabin room equipped with a single bed with a drawer bed.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, wc.
NB: the lilies are equipped with duvets.

- Enclosed garden with terrace equipped with a garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
