About this house rental
In Sarzeau, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 200 m² house with a sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 70 m² living room, fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,400 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- A 70 m² living room with sofas, TV, library and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- A large 40 m² terrace
Upstairs
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), an en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony
- 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a balcony shared with the other bedrooms
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a single bed (80x200) that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200) and a balcony shared with the other bedrooms
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: charcoal barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 1,400 m² enclosed garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.

- Nearest airport : Nantes airport (120 km)
