About this house rental
Timber frame house of 150m m2 of living space (200 m2 on the ground), set back from a hamlet on the immediate edge of a vast expanse of etiers and marshes leading to the sea. To the north of the Guérande Peninsula, magnificent view of the privileged and protected "Traict de Mesquer".
The accommodation
A master suite on the first floor with direct access to the outside (bed of 160), with a private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Large living room with marsh and garden view, large open kitchen with direct access to the terrace, dining room, and WC.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed, as well as a third large bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90), and a bathroom shared by these two bedrooms including shower, sink, and WC.
An extra mattress is also available for a child.
Above the living room, a second independent master suite composed of a bedroom with full view of the marsh (bed 140), mezzanine landing and a large bathroom with bath, sink and WC. Two extra mattresses on the floor of 70 can also form an extra bed of 140.
WATCH, very beautiful and very interesting video on the home page of the official website of the Town Hall of Mesquer-Quimiac, a neighboring town that shares with Saint Molf the Bassin du Mes, on the edge of which the house is located.

Soap, organic shower gel, toilet paper, pillows, blankets and duvets are provided.
Bed linen and towels are provided on request for a flat fee of €15 per person to be paid before arrival.
Cleaning fee of €100 per booking; however, the house must be returned as found, so a basic tidying up and cleaning must be done during the stay and before leaving.
In case of a stay of more than a week, three hours of cleaning per additional full week are included, in principle on Saturday afternoons.
Maximum capacity of 12 people, including children.
