About this house rental
Located on the seafront! Come and enjoy the sea air with friends or family thanks to this large and beautiful house ideally situated! Everything is in place for you to have a relaxing and exotic holiday.
This 200 m² house located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. It features a large enclosed garden, a 20 m² terrace with furniture and a barbecue to enjoy fine weather with friends or family. Within the accommodation you will find a television, internet access (WiFi) and a fireplace. An iron and washing machine are provided. The independent kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a cafetière, a deep fryer, a toaster and a kettle.
Three parking spaces on the property are available to you.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:
- 50 m from the sandy beach "Plage de Kercambre"
- 2 km from the bakery "Les gourmandises de Lelouandre"
- 2 km from the restaurant "Le P'tit Bistro"
- 3 km from the restaurant "L'endroit"
- 3 km from the supermarket "SPAR"
- 6 km from the golf course "Golf Bluegreen Rhuys Kerver"
- 26 km from the train station "Gare de Vannes"
- 119 km from the airport "Nantes Atlantique"
After Vannes, the Rhuys peninsula comes to surround the Gulf of Morbihan with its secret creeks, its small ports and its hamlets nestled in the pines. It is by taking the coastal paths that you will appreciate all its charms. At every turn, a new panorama unfolds over the 365 islands of the Gulf that legend counts. Have you spotted the Île aux Moines and the Île d'Arz? You can reach them by boarding a speedboat at Port Navalo or Vannes. On deck, don't forget the sunscreen!

The location is great and the house is well maintained. The furnishings are very simple and not geared to 10 people.The garden furniture needs to be replaced.
