Located between Sarzeau and Saint Gildas de Rhuys,
discover the charm of an old Breton family house, in the heart of the Rhuys peninsula, with immediate proximity to the Gulf and Ocean!

The accommodation
Located in the town of Sarzeau, this house is a compromise between the calm of the countryside, the proximity and attractiveness of the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean.
You are 3km from the beaches, and 2km from the charming port of Logeo.
Beautiful perspectives on nature, and a garden of 1700 m2 are available to you.
You will not feel any promiscuity (e.g. as in a housing development)
which is becoming increasingly rare on the peninsula :)
Children can "express themselves" freely outdoors :)
The house is equipped with every comfort for families.
It has 4 bedrooms, two of which have three beds and an extra bed.
The capacity is therefore 11 adults.
The kitchen is transformed into an American kitchen and therefore has a Bar-type opening.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas oven, and dishwasher.
The living room has a "vintage" hi-fi system with CD player, as well as a small extra TV.
In the garden: a barbecue is at your disposal, as well as garden furniture, and a trampoline.
We also leave at the disposal of travelers 8 bikes
(4 adult bikes and 4 for children ranging from 8 to 14 years old) in varied
But be careful!!
if you are attentive to this point, I recommend that you bring your own bikes or rent them.
This little extra cannot be considered as a contractual commitment related to the rental!!
The configuration of the garden leaves the possibility of coming with a small boat (maximum 6m approximately) and its trailer to park it in the garden.
