About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent on the Séné peninsula, featuring Wi-Fi (fibre optic), with a floor area of 240 m² and accommodation for up to 11 guests.
This house comprises a pleasant 35 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen, five lovely bedrooms and three shower rooms. You can also enjoy a garden of approximately 1,378 m².
Cleaning is included in the rental price. Four-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels), and the beds will be made up before your arrival to ensure a comfortable stay.
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 × 190 cm)
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 × 190 cm) and 1 single bunk bed
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90 × 190 cm)
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet
First floor:
- A 35 m² living room
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A small TV room with a sofa bed.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
2nd floor:
- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm)
- A balcony which is not accessible, as it has been closed off for safety reasons (no railings).
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A lovely garden of 1,378 m².
- A raised terrace at the same level as the living room, offering a lovely view of the sea.
- A furnished terrace at garden level, equipped with outdoor furniture so you can make the most of sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Séné, in a very pleasant setting, just a 4-minute cycle from Moustérian beach.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes, 9.1 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes, 115 km away
- Bus stop nearby
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
Optional self-check-in: Access to the accommodation is available from 5.00 pm. The keys can be collected from a key box provided on site.
