About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent on the Séné peninsula, featuring Wi-Fi (fibre optic), with a floor area of 240 m² and accommodation for up to 11 guests.
This house comprises a cosy 35 m² living area with a fully fitted kitchen, five lovely bedrooms and three shower rooms. You can also enjoy a garden of approximately 1,378 m².
Cleaning is included in the rental price. Hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) is provided, and the beds will be made up before your arrival to ensure a comfortable stay.
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 × 190 cm)
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 × 190 cm) and 1 single bunk bed
- One bedroom with two single beds (90 × 190 cm)
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet
First floor:
- A 35 m² living room
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A small TV room with a sofa bed.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
2nd floor:
- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm)
- A balcony which is not accessible, closed off for safety reasons (no railing).
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A lovely garden measuring 1,378 m².
- A raised terrace at the same level as the living room, offering a lovely view of the sea.
- A furnished terrace at garden level, equipped with outdoor furniture to make the most of sunny days, with direct access to the water’s edge via a path accessible through a gate.
The house is ideally situated in Séné, in a very pleasant setting, just a 4-minute cycle from Moustérian beach.
