About this house rental
700m from Damgan beaches and shops:
New house (construction 2017) of approximately 145 m2 on 350 m2 of enclosed land.
Capacity of 12 beds including:

Large entrance hall, master bedroom with 180 cm wide bed, fitted wardrobes and walk-in shower with stainless steel jet column.
Large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, 5-burner hob, fridge dishwasher, senseo and 140 cm lcd TV, stereo and home cinema amplifier, chromecast, the chromecast allows you to connect your laptop directly to the TV without cables, so you can watch movies with others with youtube google netflix ...) There are also 2 very comfortable 3 seater sofas !!
WC suspended.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and cupboards.
An independent part of 20 m2 with office space + TV corner with sofa bed (2 people) and a mezzanine (double bed).
1st floor:
2 bedrooms with a 140 cm wide bed + cupboards respectively
A third bedroom with a cot plus a single bed
A very pretty bathroom with bathtub and suspended WC.
A wooden terrace of 50 m2 with garden furniture (new), deckchairs, table + 6 chairs, barbecue and a garden (lawn) complete the package.
All the furniture (sofa, bed, mattress, furniture ...) is new (1 year).
The house is fully equipped for a good holiday (dishes, pots, cutlery ...)!
We provide sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases on request, with a supplement of € 10 per tenant. For bath towels an additional € 5 will be requested per tenant.
Parties are possible.
