Its location allows you to explore the historic center, the Museum of Fine Arts, and Rue du Gros-Horloge on foot, while still being convenient for business travel. This comfortable and thoughtfully furnished apartment offers the ideal setting for a vacation that combines comfort, convenience, and relaxation. - Entryway with storage: wardrobe and closet. - Large, bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, 4-burner induction cooktop, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The living area features a high-end sofa bed, a ceiling fan, and a smart flat-screen TV. - Spacious separate bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, featuring a high-end mattress for restful nights. You’ll also find a large closet and a flat-screen TV, with access to streaming platforms using your personal login credentials. - Modern bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit with a spacious sink, and a toilet. A parking space in the residence is available for €15/day (payable in cash or by check at the concierge desk). You can reserve the parking space via a link sent by the concierge desk. Please note that this space may not be available. If it is unavailable, you can park in the paid parking lot at the train station, less than 100 meters away.

This was an excellent apartment. It really has everything you need. Parking was easy and secure. My only tip would be to check in at a time when someone from the office is available to walk you through the parking process, the elevators and location of the apartment. I did and I think without it the process would have been very daunting. If we had arrived late and had to figure all that out on our own, it would have been frustrating. Especially for someone like me with very little French. But once you have the hang of it, it's easy. The location is only a couple of blocks from the old historical city center. But we also drove the Route du Cidre in the Pays D'Auge region only a couple hours away from Rouen for some countryside driving and it was spectacular. We also had the rice noodles with beef at Yu Yuan a half block away twice while we were there. Delicious!
