Maxime a été très arrangeant et nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour dans un appartement propre et soigneusement décoré.

Local agradável e calmo. Prédio seguro entrada autónoma a chegada o que é ótimo para o viajante. Facilidade em falar com proprietário. Apto renovado e bem decorado. Estamos localizado no centro fail de visitar a cidade.
Ponto menos bom é um 3 andar com escadas estreitas para subir com a mala.
E no apto como é um mezanino a escada que dá acesso ao quarto é terrivelmente inclinada e não muito segura ela balança ao subir na trás confiança. Se tiver vontade de ir ao banheiro a noite boa sorte abra bem os olhos 👀.

Idéalement situé en hypercentre de Rouen, l'appartement est proche de tout : magasins, sites à visiter, restaurants et parking du vieux marché.
Cosy, très bien aménagé et confortable, le duplex Toscana est à découvrir.
Les petites attentions sont très appréciables ( madeleines, capsules café, savon/shampooing, documents sur la ville ...).
Literie très confortable.
Maxime est un hôte discret mais réactif et attentionné.
Manque peut-être une poubelle pour le tri des déchets et c'est 10/10 !

Потрясающие двухуровневые апартаменты, где есть все для комфортной жизни (большое разнообразие посуды, специй, бытовой техники). Очень чисто. Красивый и интересный дизайн, видно, что хозяева заботятся о комфорте гостей.
Недалеко от вокзала и основным достопримечательностей. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть большой Моноприкс, вокруг дома есть пекарни, кафе и рестораны.
Это не недостатки, но предупреждение для следующих гостей:
апартаменты находятся на верхнем этаже, без лифта и с узкой лестницей, также лестница в спальню может показаться крутой и опасной. Для нас это не было проблемой, но квартира подойдет не всем.
Также если вас будет раздражать лампочка сверху у лестницы, которая включается от каждого движения ночью, то она легко снимается со стены :)
Голуби иногда подглядывают за вами в окно 😁
