Bright and welcoming, the living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, television, coffee table and desk area — perfect for working remotely or organising your visits to the city.
The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently, whether it's a quick breakfast or a quiet dinner after a day of exploring. It includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The separate bedroom has a cosy queen-size bed and practical storage space for a comfortable stay, even for several days.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, vanity unit, hairdryer and washing machine. The toilet is separate for added comfort.
Ideally located and designed with your well-being in mind, this accommodation is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Rouen, surrounded by history, culture and French art de vivre.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

You will also find self-service bike stations and taxi ranks in the immediate vicinity. Whether you are on foot, by public transport or by bike, everything has been designed to make it easy and efficient for you to get around from the accommodation.

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Beautifully located and easy to settle into, the place had everything arranged with the kind of calm intention you notice only when you’re finally able to breathe out. Nothing was missing, nothing overdone, just a warm, open space that feels designed for actual humans.
The building itself is old, without a lift, and the apartment sits on the third floor, something to keep in mind for travellers with heavier luggage. It didn’t bother me at all, but others might want the heads-up.
Comfortable, practical, and quietly generous. I’d look for it first on my next visit.
