Villa Theres - Seaside Penthouse
The "Seaside" penthouse spans the first and second attic floors of Villa Theres and offers 155 square meters of pure elegance and luxury. The moment you step inside, your vacation home will surprise you with its pleasant brightness, high ceilings, high-quality oak flooring, and the perfectly harmonious blend of shapes, colors, and materials.
On the lower level, you’ll first encounter the spacious kitchen and dining area. In a harmonious blend of colonial and sailing styles, everything is very generously proportioned, thoughtfully designed for functionality, and furnished with high-quality brand-name furniture. Seamlessly integrated into a separate alcove of this bright room is the designer kitchen, featuring exclusive appliances and Dornbracht faucets.
Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds exude elegant coziness. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light but can, of course, also be darkened. A double door leads out to the northeast-facing balconies. Each bedroom is connected to an en suite bathroom, whose dark gray Ceralith floor tiles—which appear seamless, as if cast from a single piece—immediately evoke a sense of luxurious bathing pleasure. Villeroy [&] Boch sinks with Dornbracht fixtures, the bathtub or the spacious, walk-in shower, and the apartment’s own Finnish sauna are amenities you’ll enjoy using.
