Don’t want to feel like you’re at home on vacation—but rather like you’re in a luxurious vacation dream? In the Luxury Suite Theresa, located on the second floor of Villa Philine, this dream vacation awaits you in approximately 110 m² of the most comfortable living space, spread across three spacious rooms and featuring two balconies—one with a side view of the sea, the other with a view of the pool!
As you step into the apartment hallway with anticipation, you’ll be greeted by a view of a more than spacious and light-filled living and dining area spanning approximately 47 m². Natural tones, high-quality leather upholstered furniture, and the bright atmosphere are a feast for the eyes. A large-screen flat-panel TV with radio functionality and a Blu-ray DVD player invite you to unwind after an eventful day. The crackling fire in the wood-burning stove creates that special feeling of coziness that only a real wood fire can evoke. The open dining area, featuring a large dining table and comfortable armchair-style chairs, offers plenty of space for a cozy get-together.
The kitchen, which opens onto the dining and living areas, offers plenty of counter space for the enthusiastic home cook and is equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, a Senseo coffee pod machine for specialty coffees, a kettle, an egg cooker, a hand mixer, and various small kitchen items.
You can access both of the suite’s balconies from the living area. The approximately 12 m² south-facing balcony offers a magnificent panoramic view of the villa’s garden and the elegantly designed pool area. The solar-heated outdoor pool is freely available to all guests of the Philine [&] Claire (seasonal). The second balcony is located on the side of the house, facing the morning and midday sun, and offers a side view of the sea from its 6 m² of space. Both balconies are furnished with seating.
The suite features two elegant bedrooms with box-spring double beds and an ensuite bathroom.
You enter the master bedroom from the living area through a floor-to-ceiling double door. This room has been tastefully furnished in a bold color scheme, creating a skillful stylistic contrast. This room features its own flat-screen TV and access to the sun-drenched south-facing balcony. The ensuite bathroom is stylishly tiled and features a bathtub, a floor-level walk-in shower with a clear glass wall, a toilet, and an XXL sink.
The other bedroom—which echoes the soothing color scheme of the living area—is accessible via the hallway, and this room also offers access to the side balcony with its wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. This en suite bathroom is accessed through a floor-to-ceiling, modern wooden sliding door and also features a floor-level walk-in shower with a real glass wall, a toilet, and an XXL sink.
A separate guest restroom is also available.
The entire non-smoking suite features real hardwood floors or high-quality ceramic tile flooring and is fully equipped with underfloor heating. This ensures you can enjoy a cozy vacation even during the cooler months.

Your parking space is located in the underground garage, from where you can conveniently take the elevator directly to the suite’s front door.
