The “Baltic Sea” 3-room apartment, featuring a spacious 98 square meters of living space, two balconies, and a side view of the sea, awaits you on the second floor of FIRST, easily accessible by elevator.



The spacious entryway, featuring a coat rack and a closet, leads to the living room, the bathroom, and one of the two bedrooms. Wherever you look, you can see and feel the exquisite taste and the love that the owners of “Baltic Sea” have put into the furnishings. The combined living and dining room impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, a stately electric fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and elegant seating and upholstered furniture. On the two covered balconies, you can enjoy the sun throughout the day and take in not only a side view of the sea but also a view of the pool area on the wind-protected courtyard side.



The kitchen, featuring a freestanding cooking island, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer space, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all other necessary utensils, invites you to let your culinary skills run wild once again. You can then choose to dine either at the large dining table in the living room or on one of the balconies in the fresh Baltic Sea air. In addition, a restaurant right here at FIRST serves fresh, daily-prepared meals and looks forward to your visit.



In the two bedrooms, which offer a small view of the sea and are, of course, equipped with blackout curtains, cozy box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) promise sweet dreams. Each room also features a wardrobe, a dresser, and another flat-screen TV.



The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower, a toilet, and a double sink with a makeup mirror and a hair dryer.



While the bathroom features a floor made of slip-resistant porcelain tile, the living areas are fitted with elegant real wood parquet flooring. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a pleasant indoor climate and comfortable temperatures.



For a special kind of wellness experience, the Sky Pool (12 m x 4.30 m), two saunas, and a sun terrace on the rooftop are available to you free of charge at FIRST Sellin. During the summer season, you’re also welcome to use the solar-heated outdoor pool in the courtyard of the building complex.

The non-smoking Apartment 22 “Baltic Sea,” located in a prime spot near Sellin Beach, can be booked for 1 to 4 people. Your well-behaved dog is also a very welcome guest upon prior registration and for a fee.
