From the entryway, you step into the spacious living area. High-quality leather upholstered furniture, a home theater system, a DVD player, and a large-screen LCD TV invite you to unwind after an eventful day. On cooler days, the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The open dining area with a large table offers plenty of space for a cozy get-together, even with guests.
The 21-square-meter, east-facing balcony, accessible from the living area, is furnished with select, comfortable balcony furniture and ensures unforgettable vacation moments on the island of Rügen.
The spacious U-shaped kitchenette, harmoniously integrated into the living area, is superbly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for any home cook.
Both bedrooms—one of which also offers an unobstructed ocean view in fall and winter—are comfortably furnished and each features an LCD TV. The bedrooms offer convenient access to their respective bathrooms. Both modern shower rooms are wheelchair-accessible; one is additionally equipped with a bathtub. A modern infrared sauna is available for your private wellness enjoyment.
The entire non-smoking apartment features oak plank flooring and is fully equipped with underfloor heating. This means you can enjoy a cozy vacation even during the cooler months.
All guests at Villa Claire have access to a shared, solar-heated outdoor swimming pool (15 m x 5.5 m) from May through September.
A phone for calls to German landlines and DSL Wi-Fi internet access are available to you free of charge. Your parking space is securely located in the underground garage, from where you can conveniently take the elevator directly to the suite’s front door.
This wonderful ocean-view suite is ideal for 1–5 people thanks to the fold-out couch in the living room. Upon request, a small, well-behaved dog is also permitted for a fee of 10.00 EUR per night!
