Welcome to the Kapitänshaus Sellin—your spacious retreat on the beautiful island of Rügen. With approximately 150 m² of living space spread over two floors, this stylishly furnished vacation home offers plenty of room for families and friends. Its quiet location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea beach, the pier, and the seaside park, makes it the ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation.
The property features three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy fireplace ensures relaxing evenings, while the private sauna invites you to unwind after an eventful day. A large balcony, a barbecue area, and a bike shed round out the amenities.
As a special bonus, you can also take advantage of the wellness, sauna, fitness, and yoga facilities at Villa Manatee across the street to enhance your stay with additional relaxation options.
A damage deposit of €100 is required for your stay. This deposit is usually refunded in full within 14 days after your departure, provided no damage is found during the inspection.
The following extras can be booked flexibly:
* Linen package (bed linens and towels): €20 per person
* Dog: €15 per day
* Parking: €8 per day
* Travel crib: €5 one-time fee
* Baby high chair: 5 € one-time fee
