The apartment includes a 30-square-meter terrace facing the sea and a 15-square-meter covered corner balcony furnished with exclusive outdoor furniture; thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, it offers a magnificent view of the sunset and the villas on Wilhelmstraße. One underground parking space with elevator access to the apartment is also included. A second underground parking space can be booked for an additional fee.
Via an impressive oak staircase connecting the two floors of the beachfront residence, you enter[nbsp] the light-filled[nbsp] 70-square-meter living and[nbsp] cooking area, featuring an elegant kitchen island with a state-of-the-art Siemens EQ Series fully automatic coffee machine, a dining table for all guests, and a tunnel fireplace serving as a room divider.
