About this apartment rental
Our Maisonett Vacation Apartments 64 can accommodate 6 guests and one child up to 3 years old in a travel crib; they were completely renovated in 2022 and newly furnished in a modern northern maritime style.
Each apartment is accessed at ground level through the front door. Immediately to the right is a small shower room, and following the hallway is a spacious, elongated bedroom. A comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m) with nightstands and reading lamps ensures a high level of comfort and restful sleep for guests and serves as the focal point of the room. A 3-door wardrobe and a dresser provide ample storage space for clothing. The large bed storage compartment provides space for the extra comforters needed to make up the bed. The windows can be darkened for sleeping if needed.
Also on the upper floor is the second bedroom with two single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and has natural light.
From the hallway, a spiral staircase leads down to the lower living area of the vacation rental, which includes a kitchen, living room, and dining area, as well as access to the west-facing terrace. The apartments feature parquet flooring in a warm wood tone, white windows, and interior doors.
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a sofa, armchairs, a table, a dining area, and a sleeper sofa (1.60 m). A small wood-burning stove will significantly enhance the appeal of the vacation rental, especially during the darker months of the year. The sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests.
As is typical in a vacation rental, the kitchenette offers ample space for preparing light meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and dishes. The round, sturdy, and easy-to-clean dining table provides the perfect setting for convivial meals.
These apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. This service is provided to you free of charge. Therefore, we hereby expressly reject any legal claim to access that might be derived from this provision.
Directly from the living room, you can access the south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture.
A private parking space is available right next to the vacation rental.
Upon arrival, fresh towels will be provided, and the beds will already be made with linens. A travel crib and high chair can be provided upon request. Note: It is not permitted to burn firewood you have brought yourself!

Our beautiful vacation apartments (completely renovated and refurnished in 2022!) warmly welcome you to a prime, quiet location close to nature on the edge of the forest. Built at the turn of the millennium, this complex of four vacation apartments is located at the rear of the grounds of the historic Villa HAUS SELLIN, which operates as an aparthotel. You’re just a few steps away from Sellin’s main promenade, Wilhelmstraße, which leads directly to the fine-sand, kilometer-long beach at the famous Sellin pier. Here, you can enjoy the charm of the Golden Twenties during your vacation on Rügen. It’s only about 300 m to the beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. There are numerous biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
The town center of the Baltic Sea resort is about 100 m away, and the small train station for the “Rasender Roland” is about 800 m away. In the center, various shops, stores, and many restaurants invite you to linger.
All of the two-story vacation apartments, built in a modern bungalow style (ranging in size from 80 – 100 square meters, accommodating 2 to 6 guests, with 1–2 bedrooms, a living room, a fireplace, a shower/toilet, a balcony or terrace, and Wi-Fi) are comfortably and modernly furnished.
