Welcome to the Poseidon vacation rental at Villa Stella Maris in Sellin. With a spacious 136 m², up to 6 guests can enjoy plenty of room for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. The apartment is ideal for families, couples, or friends who value quality, style, and relaxation. A special highlight: As a guest, you’ll enjoy 3 hours of free admission to the AHOI water park in Sellin every day.
The vacation rental features three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a spacious, open-concept living and dining area. Amenities include Wi-Fi, heated floors, air conditioning, and a private sauna.
All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV, a wardrobe, and sun-blocking roller blinds and curtains. Bedroom 2 also features its own air conditioning unit for even greater comfort.
The first bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub with a whirlpool function, two sinks, and a toilet. A washing machine with a built-in dryer is also available. The second bathroom is directly connected to Bedroom 3 and features a shower, sink, toilet, and access to the private sauna. Bed linens, towels, and soap are, of course, included.
The living and dining area, with its fireplace and additional air conditioning, invites you to relax in any season. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, supplemented by additional radiators in the bathrooms.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and numerous other kitchen utensils are provided. In addition to a classic drip coffee maker, you can also use a capsule coffee machine. A blender and milk frother round out the amenities. The counter with bar stools creates a welcoming atmosphere for cooking together in the evenings. From here, you have direct access to the spacious balcony with a view of the greenery.
The vacation rental is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest yet close to the beach: The South Beach is only about 500 m away and can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. Shopping options are just 250 m away (about a 4-minute walk). You can also easily reach the Sellin pier with a walk of about 1.4 km.
The apartment includes a garage parking space as well as an outdoor parking space. An on-site charging station is available for guests with electric cars. A fee of €50.00 per stay is charged for this.
