This modern vacation home is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac right next to the forest on the seaside of Baabe and only about 600 meters from the fine-sand beach—so close that when the wind blows from the east, you can even hear the sound of the sea from here. The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions, whether on foot, by bike, by car, or on the “Rasender Roland” train.


The approximately 450-square-meter property is completely fenced in, so small children or even your “four-legged friend” can move about freely here without worry. A grocery store with a bakery is about 100 meters away.


The Breitenstein vacation home is furnished in a modern, maritime country house style. It offers living space of approximately 115 square meters for 7 people across two levels. You can enjoy the sun all day long on the large, furnished wooden terrace facing south. The patio furniture is available seasonally—usually from May through the end of September.


The first floor features a very spacious, high-quality living and dining room with a large dining table. The living area offers plenty of coziness with a modern seating area and solid wood furniture, as well as a fireplace for cozy days. Firewood for the fireplace is provided free of charge on-site. For entertainment after an eventful day of vacation, there is a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with CD, DVD, USB, and iPod connections.


The high-quality Nolte kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living area, features a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various small appliances that round out the kitchen’s amenities.


One of the four bedrooms is located on the first floor and is furnished with a single bed, which is also suitable for guests with disabilities (e.g., wheelchair users). A modern shower room with its own sauna and heated floors is also located on the first floor.


The entire first floor is wheelchair-accessible, allowing wheelchair users to move around freely.


A beautiful oak staircase leads to the upper floor of the house, where three additional bedrooms are located. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The third bedroom has two single beds. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with an additional TV. All bedrooms offer ample space for your wardrobe and feature blackout blinds on the windows.


The large bathroom on the upper floor features a walk-in shower (1.20 x 1.40 m), a corner bathtub, and a large double sink set on a granite countertop. This bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating, an LED makeup mirror, and a hotel-style hair dryer.

• A washing machine is also available for your use during your stay.

• Free Wi-Fi is available for guests.

• There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. You can store your bicycles in the garden shed. You’ll also find a handcart in the garden shed that you can use for free! The large garden, with its beautiful lawn and sun loungers, is an ideal place to relax and unwind. You’re also welcome to use the house’s barbecue during the summer months.


This lovely non-smoking home is perfectly suited for 1–7 people. Up to two small dogs are also very welcome upon prior notice and for a fee.


We bill electricity separately based on usage (€0.50 per kilowatt-hour). We therefore require a security deposit of €100.00 for the house. The actual electricity usage will be deducted from this deposit upon departure.
