Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!
Our beautiful and lovingly furnished vacation home offers plenty of space for 7 adults plus one toddler up to 3 years old and features 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace, a beach chair, a grill, a washer and dryer, as well as a sauna and a fireplace. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge.
Towels and bed linens can be booked for an additional fee, or you can bring your own.
The house is located in the heart of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, surrounded by unspoiled nature and just about 1,000 meters from the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. From the house, it’s also just 100 m to Lake Sellin with its newly built marina. Here, you can enjoy fish sandwiches at the Räucherschiff and watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
Inside the house, a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, especially during the cooler months. The Finnish sauna is also a great place to relax after a walk on the beach.
From here, you can easily explore the surrounding area via bike and hiking trails. Bus stops and the boat dock on Lake Sellin are within easy walking distance. The stop for the “Rasender Roland” (a quaint steam train) is also nearby.
Two parking spaces under a carport are located in front of the vacation home and are enclosed by a fence. Bicycles can be securely locked under this carport.
The public transit bus stop is approximately 300 meters away. Rental bicycles can be delivered to the property upon request.

This beautiful vacation home with a fireplace and sauna can accommodate up to 7 people for your vacation, plus one child up to age 3 in a travel crib.
The detached vacation home spans approximately 130 square meters of living space across two floors. On the first floor, you’ll first enter the bright entryway. The large living room features a sofa set that can also be used as a guest bed, a 49-inch flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, and a dining area. Especially during the cooler months, the fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, a stovetop, and an exhaust hood.
From the living room, you can step out onto the large sun terrace, which features patio furniture, a beach chair, and a grill.
Also on the first floor is a modern bathroom with a toilet, a walk-in shower, and natural light. The Finnish sauna is the perfect place to relax after a walk on the beach.
The two bedrooms on the upper level offer plenty of space for up to 6 people. Each sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a single bed.
These two rooms also include 2 flat-screen TVs and large wardrobes, and both have access to the south-facing balcony. The entire vacation home has free Wi-Fi access.
Towels and bed linens can be booked for an additional fee, or you can bring your own.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room and are available for free use (as are an iron and ironing board).
A crib and a high chair (for a fee) can be provided upon request.
