This non-smoking apartment, measuring approximately 117 m², features a spacious rooftop terrace (approx. 37 m²) and a seating area in the garden, and spans two floors. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private sauna, and a cozy living/dining area with a wood-burning stove and a high-end kitchenette. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be pushed together upon request. All bedrooms are equipped with window screens. The upstairs shower room features its own sauna.
The spacious living and dining room is also located upstairs and is comfortably furnished with a wood-burning stove, a cozy seating area (sofa bed), and a large dining table. A TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system with CD player, books, and games round out the exclusive amenities. The kitchenette is also very well-equipped, featuring a dishwasher, oven, four-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment (***), toaster, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, baking pans, and other utensils leaves nothing to be desired.
The spacious rooftop terrace, facing south and east, offers a breathtaking view of Lake Sellin. Whether from the beach chair, the seating area, or the lounge chair on the terrace, you can let your gaze wander into the distance. In addition, the shaded seating area at the back of the garden invites you to linger. The spacious “Sommerflieder” apartment offers a very pleasant stay for 2–8 people.
The balcony and patio furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
Guests can share the lawn and play area with a swing and sandbox in front of the house. A washing machine, a clothes dryer (for a fee), and ironing supplies, as well as a lockable room for bicycles, are at your disposal. The apartment includes two private parking spaces on the property.
A wallbox for charging electric cars is available (billed based on usage at 0.50 euros/kWh; you’ll need your own Type 2 charging cable).
At the family-friendly Villa Sommerwind, a high chair and a travel crib are available for our younger guests. Pets are warmly welcome in this house. The laminate flooring and tiles, as well as the allergy-friendly beds without down, ensure a comfortable stay even for those with allergies.
