ARWEN now shines in a new design and offers you an elegant atmosphere. Warm colors and modern furnishings ensure that you’ll feel like you’re on vacation right away.
The numerous floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view over the rooftops of the Baltic Sea resort, all the way to Lake Sellin. Located right on the front row of Sellin’s steep shoreline, Villa Philine—where Arwen is located—boasts a fantastic view of the sea. From a side balcony, you can watch the morning sun rise from the sea and bathe the day in beautiful light. The large south-facing balcony ensures that you can enjoy the sun all day long in a light-filled living space and admire the sunset in the evening from the comfortable balcony furniture while sipping a glass of wine.
The 111 m² apartment is located on the third floor of Villa Philine and is also accessible by elevator. From the entryway, you enter the spacious living area with a kitchen, dining, and relaxation area, where you can spend relaxing hours on the comfortable freestanding couch or enjoy stimulating conversations at the round dining table. On cooler days, the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere.
The apartment’s technical amenities include high-quality televisions in the bedrooms and living room. To ensure nothing stands in the way of your media enjoyment, the apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
