The “Kleine Auszeit” ocean-view apartment is located on the second floor of FIRST Sellin and is easily accessible by elevator.
The exceptionally spacious 43-square-meter living and dining area features a high-quality, open kitchen with a cooking island. The lovely dining nook offers plenty of space for four people. The large, comfortable sofa can be converted into a full-size 1.60-meter-wide bed in just a few simple steps. Enjoy the electric fireplace with its heating function and spend entertaining evenings watching the 55-inch LOEWE TV with internet connectivity. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
The kitchen not only looks extremely elegant but also impresses with its amenities. These include, among other things, an induction stove with an oven, a spacious refrigerator with freezer space, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. So if you’re not stopping for a meal at one of the highly recommended restaurants on the island of Rügen, you’ll be perfectly set up to cook for yourself here. The nearest bakery for fresh breakfast rolls is just a two-minute walk away.
In the approximately 22-square-meter bedroom, a 2.00 x 2.00-meter premium box-spring bed promises sweet dreams. There’s also a second TV. The adjoining dressing room offers plenty of space and storage for your entire vacation wardrobe. From here, you can access the bathroom, which features a shower/toilet, an illuminated vanity, a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. The apartment also includes a guest restroom.
The west-facing, fully furnished loggia—measuring a good 14 square meters—is accessible from the living room or, first thing in the morning, directly from your bedroom. You’ll be treated to sunshine here until late in the evening. Enjoy the magnificent side view of the vast sea stretching all the way to the chalk cliffs, as well as the view of the lively hustle and bustle on the magnificent Wilhelmstraße.
