About this house rental
Calappa—a double vacation home with a thatched roof in the "Poeler Drift" vacation home community in Zierow.
It is furnished to a very high standard and offers a lovely vacation home for 4 people right on the Baltic Sea beach at Wismar Bay.
No children under 16 years of age.
On the first floor is the living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a cozy leather couch (a 140x200 m sofa bed for the 5th [&] 6th person), and a dining table with plenty of space.
Satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi ensure plenty of entertainment.
The kitchenette is equipped with high-quality appliances (dishwasher, freezer, blender, microwave, and much more) and offers the utmost in comfort.
Additionally, the first floor features a sauna with a shower and a separate guest restroom.
Use of the sauna is available for a fee:
Sauna-goers rave about this spot—a bottle of water and sauna infusions are provided.
There is a small seating area in the sauna—here you can take a break in between sessions. A sauna package (2 sauna towels, 1 bath towel, and slippers) is included in the flat rate of 10 € per day.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a dresser, and a TV (satellite).
There is also a large, modern bathroom with a toilet, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and walk-in shower.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies.
The southeast-facing terrace is equipped with a built-in outdoor grill, wooden furniture, and a beach chair, inviting you to relax and enjoy lovely evenings grilling.
There are two parking spaces next to the house. Starting in 2025, you’ll be able to charge your electric car directly at the vacation home using a wallbox (for a fee with a gas card).
