The staff is nice and courtueous, but I dont think hotels are aware that if they do keep dogs no matter what floor that barking should be maintained at all hours. These people have to take their dogs out at all hours of the night so it does tend to be disruptive to guests. and if you are on the first floor, they are using that side entrance where the door slams shut so that woke me up. I did mention it to the staff about the dog barking at 4:30 am. but she said no dogs are on first floor. That has nothing to do with someone who needs to take their dog out on annnnyyyy floor. I left early this morning and a dog a barking on the first floor, the guest is not even trying to shut the dog up and continues until they go outside. I didn't sleep well so I cannot stay at this hotel. thanks

I really liked the room setup. Rooms are good size with lots of space. Ours had a full kitchen with dishwasher and good size fridge/freezer. Also a desk that pulls out and lots of other storage and work space. There were multiple things damaged like a shelf was cracked and floor molding looked popped out with a nail exposed in one corner but overall great stay.

Really like the room. 3 problems from getting better review, coffee pods in room from previous guest still in coffee maker. Shower doors were installed unleveled so door would roll open while trying to take shower. Breakfast was weak compared to other hotels. Right next door to the big texan restaurant a big plus.

All was good with the exception of the side entrance card lock would not open the door on the day of check out before we checked out!! Very inconvenient for taking bags out in more than one trip!!

We have stayed here before while passing through Texas. The rates are on the higher end........ The comforts of home while traveling. An the big Texan Steak house is nextdoor! Big plus!

They didnt have extra covers for the sofa bed so i had to give mine to my children and i had to sleep with just the sheet and it got cold even though i adjusted the room temperature.

The staff was nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very poor. Options were few. Cold cereal, discolored bananas and oranges. Pre made sausage and egg sandwiches that were piled on top of each other and greasy. I passed on all food and grabbed a cup of joe that even with 3 creamers I got to my car and took a sip and it was awful. I threw it out at the gas station I fueled at to continue on my journey.

When we checked into the hotel there was a man sleeping in the lobby that appeared to be homeless. The next morning the shower would only get slightly warm leading to an uncomfortable shower.

Nice, big apartment style room. More than i actually needed but very pleasant. The only prob was the air unit by the bed wasn't fully working correctly.
