Don’t stay here. It’s not worth any price

Not much

The room was very damp and the carpet felt wet. The shower was still dirty and there was food on the floor in the hallway. The outside door would not lock and always slammed closed. I was afraid to eat the breakfast because of the lack of cleanliness.

Lots of cold cranberry juice and OJ. Also the Texas shaped waffle makes a lovely souvenir of our road trip my wife was delighted with it.

Couldn't the Prostate Chat group on the triple digit cable channels. Just boring local Amarillo news about police chases ending in dumpsters.

A blessing of a stay

Young lady's when I checked out and checked in were helpful and respectful. The process of getting situated with the room was straightforward and experienced no issues. The room itself was well maintained and smelt good. Blessings

Coming from a road trip. No hot water, and no one informed us. We checked in at around Friday night at 10:30 11 pm at night in check in date and went to room. Room smells, not comfortable. Comforters smelled. No clean towels. Main issue no hot water. No one informed of us of no hot water. I even called at night about no hot water. Waited to see in morning if hot water, still no hot water. My friends room also no hot water. I booked 2 rooms total - one for my family, and one for friends family. In morning woke up, still no hot water. Went to front desk and in morning they told us u can stay longer or ask for refund thru booking or call the manager On Monday. Booking was ok to issue refund entirely but needed in writing. Since we were on road trip we left by 9 am ish. Was not able to use the facility and paid about $182. Called Monday to the manager and she called back and said can issue $11 refund for each room as she says wyndham is allowing 15% discount. Ridiculous. Still no refund to date. I followed up thru booking and still no response back. Check in date was Dec 27th/28th. The manager didn’t want to listen and was rude. She was like the first time she got informed was 5 am in morning. Paying about $200 and was not able to really enjoy the stay or even have access to hot water. Horrible! Would never recommend.

The rooms were space and clean. Close to mini market and highway.

The two days did have any milk for cereal, and there was no waffle maker. For the two days, we ate only a muffing on breakfast. Hope will be boiling eggs or more fruit.

This location is a truckers stop at best. Not much better than sleeping in your vehicle.

A/C was functional. It maintained set temperature. Wasn't too loud. Curtains we're heavy and blocked light.

Asked to be on 1st floor and was told it was full. Next guest came in and were given a 1st floor room. Toilet was clogged, staff was inattentive and tried to make pay for another room before giving me a plunger making me fix it myself.

A great value and a hotel that’s knocking on Hampton Inn quality .

i thought it was a good value on my last stay in February. Since then they’ve got a fresh coat of white paint on the exterior and many interior hallways. They’ve also put i sone high quality carpet in the hallways that reflects what they had done in the rooms .

Very dangerous location and poor security. Front desk person watched on video as vehicle in parking lot was broken into and robbed. Police were not called because”only the owners can call police and they couldn’t be reached”

Very good

Location is good for me to have a close approach to Quarter Horse Museum. The room is large with a fridge and a microwave. The bedroom and the bathroom are both clean.

No electricity outlet near the table and the chair. There are not so many electricity outlets in the room. Fridge runs with a noise to make me hard to fall asleep.
