    Nobody was there to check me in despite their assurances at time of booking that 11PM arrival would be fine.! Repeated calls to posted hotel service number went to voicemail, as did calls from lobby phone to management. I was forced to go to a different hotel! No compensation offered for the trouble they caused. Terrible experience. AVOID!

    Because of rain and traffic I arrived at 1:30 am and after dozen calls someone answered to tell me that they cannot check me in because it was past 1am. I had called earlier and left a voice message that I will be arriving late due to weather
