Not recommending this hotel to anyone.

The facility is good

I was checked in 1hr and 1/2 after 3pm. The hotel was short staffed and overbooked. Not a pleasant experience.

Our stay was ok

Check-in was smooth and the lobby was very clean and inviting. The location is perfect for anyone traveling through and the property was very secure.

The pool heating and filtration system may have been broken. The pool was freezing cold and there were more than a few dead bugs floating in it. The carpet in our room was pretty stained which made the floor seem seem dirty. It was just unappealing and not what I'm used to seeing at a home2suites.

The shower was very ugly…. Somebody’s hair stuck to the walls and floor Could us some repair and deep cleaning We were also given keys to a room that was used as the bed not made dirty towels etc The you lady at the front desk when we went back down to tell them was snippy about it she said they were booked and that was the room she had for us needs some more training

On the east side of town; pet friendly; goodie bag with water and snacks; very clean, kitchenette with dishes, utensils and real glassware; good pillows; very good shades to keep out light; surprisingly quiet since it is right next to 1-40; friendly, efficient staff

Bathroom door automatically closes - very annoying. Room was mostly carpeted. When staying at a hotel that welcomes pets, I prefer tile floors rather than carpeted. Our room’s carpet had stains

My permanent place to stay in Amarillo

These suites were recently remodeled and done with great taste. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby and the facilities were top-of-the-line.

Friendly, Clean, Comfortable,easy access to highway, great breakfast buffet!

Clean rooms, convenient location, nice breakfast buffet which was well attended and great staff who kept it filled. Give me biscuits and gravy and I am happy. Walkable to The Big Texan Ranch where we enjoyed a great meal and quick service. across from a Buckys which is a fun popular place for travelers. We were early check in late check out and spent the better part of a full day and night in route to Santa Fe.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Juice machine broken. Selection of food items slim. Coffee cups were too small.

Luggage cart had broken wheel. No idea if they had a second cart but we did not see one

Has potential if it was taken care of. Breakfast was ok but a few machines were broken.

We were not notified of a flood. Room smelled like sweaty feet. Couldn't change rooms. Pool was disgusting. Pool had closed for maintenance sign up but staff said they had too keep it there to stop going to the pool too early. Shower was gross and had to be cleaned before my kids could get in. Overall I felt gross the entire time.

Location was great, highway accessible , there is a backroad to the Amarillo Convention Center where I was going. The staff was very warm and helpful. The indoor pool was great. Definite 10/10, I’ll be staying here everytime I visit Amarillo.

Short but Sweet Stay

The room is clean and well decorated. Appeared to be updated recently. We loved the Texas-shaped waffles! That was a nice touch.

This hotel is overrated

The bed was so hard. Pool closed so early and full of kids no adult hour. Walk from room to elevator was so far. No one at front desk 3 separate times. Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and was so heavy

New, modern hotel with all of the amenities a travelling family could want or need.

Great rooms. We’re a family of six, and to find a hotel that can accommodate us is very difficult. Not only did this hotel have the rooms for us, it was probably the best room/value combination I’ve ever had. A full fridge, dishwasher, full sized sink, garbage disposal, mugs, plates, and microwave. Great pool for a swim, awesome lobby area, good continental breakfast, complimentary 24 hour coffee and tea. Both my wife and I were very happy with our stay, and will definitely book again.

The price online was about $218. When I arrived at hotel the price was $300. The previous week we stayed at another Home2Suites in Amarillo and price online matched price at check in which was about $218.
