We loved the location - incredible and super convenient, the apartment was very clean, and very spacious - big rooms, hallways, closets, etc.
There was nothing we disliked about the apartment and we would stay there again - minor things that you would find anywhere and were non-issues for us: bed mattresses are on the firm side (I loved that and prefer that, my wife and daughter didn’t), internet is spotty (the reality is the walls are thick and the laws of physics apply, so plan for it), cell coverage is spotty (in the apartment as well as throughout the historic center of Florence, again laws of physics apply, plan for it).

The location, communication, follow up and overall stay was fantastic. Rebecca reached out a couple of days prior to arrival date to introduce herself. She reached out again the day before with the plan. I confirmed my actual arrival time and she met me at the front door. She also dropped her location on the map. She gave a tour of the apartment with all the amenities and the check out process. The apartment had all the amenities our family of 5 needed. Could not have asked for a better stay.
The beds are firm. The washer/dryer unit was handy but loud. Each cycle took about 5 hours from wash to dry- so be aware. Finally, the wi-fi was inconsistent. Couldn’t make an important meeting because WiFi kept dropping.

Location was AMAZING, the team were super friendly and came to support us with any issues that arose as soon as possible, there was a slight language barrier but that is quite normal, but nonetheless the team tried their absolute best to ensure that my family and I had a exceptional experience
There isn't anything that I didn't like, just the circumstances where there were two occasions where we were locked out due to the security system of the building, this was quite frustrating but it is due to how old the security system is. This mean't that ourselves and other people who stayed in the building were locked out but the team were great in resolving this as soon as possible.
