On the first floor and good security.
Perfect for short stay. For a long stay needs a few more things - iron, clothes airer

Roberto was a great host- he met us there and explained everything perfectly. The apartment is a gem; super centrally located with lots of restaurants and cafes near by. It’s also walking distance 15 minutes to the train station- I liked that had 3 gates for maximum security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend- it’s perfect for a couple. It was also quiet - didn’t hear any loud noises while I was there (I’m a light sleeper)
If I had to choose one thing it would be more lighting for my makeup but not really a big deal
