L'emplacement ! Direct en centre ville 👍 Le parking réservé = ultra pratique Les équipements étaient très bien
La cour intérieure commune. Beaucoup de vis à vis avec un voisinage très présent dans la cour (discussions à toutes heures générant du bruit et un manque d'intimité dans le logement... nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres, le voisin se "promène en caleçon" et comme il manque un rideau cela n'a pas arrangé cette sensation de ne pas être "chez soi") Ainsi que des litières de chats, poubelles et autres installés à la vue
