The location and the property were nice. There were several steps that we were not expecting.
I was unable to submit the required documents through the booking system, so we had to scramble back after our late-night event to meet her. The communication could have been a bit smoother before check-in.

設備は綺麗で、洗濯乾燥機もあり、滞在にはもってこいだった。
アメニティの歯ブラシがなかったので、そこが残念。
あと、施設ではないが、メールのやり取りが日本以外で、アプリに翻訳機能をつけて欲しい。やりとりが面倒。

清潔な点が良かったです
便利な立地なのに値段も安くてありがたかったです
お風呂の使い方が難しかったです。栓がなかなか閉まらず、浴槽の水が止まらなくなって焦りました。
コップやお皿などの食器がないことも想定外でした。
2階の真ん中の部屋にエアコンがありませんでした。
