Such a gorgeous little property, centrally located in Nice. 3 minutes to the promenade and beach, 15 minutes to train station and old town and 5 minutes from the main restaurant and shopping area. Beautifully decorated apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mina the host was very kind and communicative. She gave us lots of Nice tips and left beach beds, beach towels and a parasol for our use. There were 3 of us so my son slept on the comfortable sofa bed but we still had plenty of room. A great juice/breakfast bar and a brasserie for breakfast/brunch/drinks or dinner right beside the property and a Carrefour too. Thanks for a lovely stay in Nice.

Such a lovely Home Feeling Apartment

The host provided clear check-in instructions well ahead of time. The apartment was easy to locate and perfectly situated right in the heart of the market and just walking distance away from beach. Inside, everything was neat, clean, and the excellent air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The host was highly approachable, friendly, and quick to answer any questions. The room sizes are great, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, and the coffee machine was the icing on the cake! Multiple pay and park available withing 200 meters of property. I will be happy to book it again.
