Great location to get to most things you need in Nice, host is very attentive and helpful and it isn’t too noisy - plenty of places close by to also eat
If you are large/tall - you may struggle in the shower. Also any issues with joints/mobility - the stairs could pose an issue. I left my heavy suitcase on the bottom level

Frigo minuscule, pour 3 personnes c’est trop juste .
Manque un bon coup de nettoyage en profondeur , sinon très bien :-)

Che ce l’hanno cambiato con uno migliore .
Condizionatore rotto dopo poche ore che eravamo entrati.
Costo spropositato per qualità dell’arredamento.
Poca pulizia.
Non riuscivo a farmi la doccia , troppo basso il soffione ( sono alto 1.90)
