What I liked most was the location. It was excellent – very close to the Old Town, public transport, the train station, and the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance, which made getting around very convenient.
I also appreciated that the apartment had two bedrooms, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. Having TVs in both the living room and one of the bedrooms was a nice bonus.
In my opinion, the apartment is overpriced for what it offers. There is no balcony or nice view. The living room is quite small with only a small sofa, and it feels rather dark because the window faces an unattractive inner courtyard, so you don't really want to keep it open.
Overall, I think the price is too high, but the outstanding location definitely makes up for many of the apartment's shortcomings. It was incredibly easy and convenient to get everywhere on foot.

The location and convenience was excellent. The apartment was clean and offered great space for 4 adults. The beds are comfortable.
Small garbage bins in the bedroom would make it more convenient for travellers. Having paper towel in the kitchen would be nice.

A clean apartment in a great location. A short walk to Nice Ville train station.
There was a bad smell in the apartment from time to time. There was a shortage of comfortable seating for 4 guests.
