Una maravilla de apartamento. Desde antes de la llegada, recibes mensajes del anfitrión, que está muy pendiente de cada detalle. Alguien te recibe en persona y te explica el funcionamiento del apartamento, muy amable. La estancia ha sido de 10.
Los precios de Niza en junio ya son altos.

The location of the appartment is great, the beach, old city as well as the train and tram statio are in walkable distances and it is a very nice quarter. The apartment is well equipped concerning kitchen equipment as well as washing machine and dryer etc.
The furniture is a bit shabby but ok, beds are good. On the walls are scratches etc. The heating works but leaves a lot of dust on the floor.

Our communication with Nicolas was outstanding. The apartment was nicely decorated and very well equipped. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our time in this apartment and felt like we were at home. The location was fantastic very close to promenade and the city center.
Our checkout was at 10 AM and exactly at 10 AM The cleaning team came and started cleaning immediately. We understood that our checkout was at 10 AM, we were fully packed and at the door, but we felt rushed at the end.

La surface, les 2 chambres et les équipements en gros électroménager. Appartement très bien situé près de la promenade des anglais.
Les oreillers sont bons à mettre à la benne. Appartement très sombre bien en été. Pas de wifi dans les chambres parce qu’il manque un répéteur Wifi pour porter le signal. Dommage parce que cela ne coute rien. Surprise à notre arrivée avec des échafaudages et la réfection du toit.
