Well-Connected One Bedroom Self-Contained Rural Retreat

Lovely accommodation with beautiful surroundings , great for getting out for a walk or run, host was very helpful and lovely, access to the property was easy, would definitely stay again, cupboards stocked with some handy essentials

there was nothing I specifically didn't like, really enjoyed my stay, my only suggestions would be a microwave would have been a good addition and some sponges or cloths for washing dishes as the brush provided wasn't the easiest to use.

it’s decorated very nicely, the property gives a very homely vibe which is nice and cozy, and the view from the field is beautiful, it was also very tidy when we arrived.

We weren’t aware that the properlt was directly on a farm (probably our fault) so our view was a few sheds and some tractors, which we wouldn’t care about but we wish someone would’ve informed us that people work on the farm during your stay as multiple people kept walking past the front door and because they’re glass it did make it feel a little awkward, i wouldn’t recommend staying at this property if you want a quiet getaway. There was a heatwave during our stay and the AC controller in the living room had been locked with a password so we couldn’t change the temperature of the room, because of this the room got extremely hot and stayed at around 31 degrees for the whole night which was unbearable. I imagine this is because the property is located on a farm but we did notice quite a few spiders and moths in the property, even dead ones that were stuck onto the blinds in the living room. The mattresses on the pull out bed are very outdated and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, the material of them is strange and uncomfortable and it makes them pretty hard to sleep. Apart from there few things we had a lovely stay.
