Fabulous apartment

The property was like a flat above a garage - very homely and very cosy with a wall fire , tv on wall and gorgeous bed , very comfy ,even a fully equipped kitchen . Good shower too . The property was in a garden of a beautiful period cottage in a very quiet village .Lovely to wake up to owls hooting and so quiet . Dogs allowed and great walks in the area with fields all around the beautiful garden the flat overlooked . The owner had a lovely dog too . We checked in a few hours earlier by arrangement which was lovely , more time to explore local villages. The only negative would be in better weather months the patio would have been better enclosed with the metal fence all way round so could be let off lead .

Perfect short break visiting friends and family.

Modern, clean, dog friendly, views of the field, ample off road parking . Bed very comfortable and although a Studio apartment, was plenty big enough for a couple. The wall fire was nice especially as some of the evenings were chilly. WiFi was excellent.

Nothing much really. The only thing that could be improved was the Tv. Fine from the bed but more difficult to see from the settee or kitchen stools. This was no big deal and would not stop us coming back.

What a beautiful stay

EVERYTHING! Price! Location and then when we got there it was it was tasteful, modern and everything you needed. I'd move in tomorrow. Set back so you had space and privacy. David was lovely and on hand even late on a Friday night. Garden was beautiful.

Quiet, peaceful location, excellent studio apartment in close proximity to international transport.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to stay in a rural location with proximity to Stansted airport and Colchester. The accommodation was perfect for a couple. The studio apartment is bright and very comfortable. The owners have put a lot of effort into providing a well equipped self catering studio apartment which is tastefully decorated. The hosts ensured we had a lot of useful information before arrival and were on hand if we needed anything during our brief stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay.
