Ideal for our requirements. Comfortable and homely.
Parking was a little difficult but it is in a residential area. Also the upstairs was very hot but we understand the weather cannot be controlled, maybe availability of a fan or two?

We stayed as a family of 4, with my parents visiting during the day for an early Christmas, including dinner. Spacious rooms, with nice details with the towels and shower gel etc. Kids loved their rooms with dressing table / big skateboard light. Well-equipped kitchen including all you’d need to cook a Christmas dinner for 6. Host readily available on chat to assist with WiFi and TV.
Carpet was a little worn at the entrance of the living room and too many diffusers around the space for us - a little overwhelming.

The property was well located for our needs and offered a good amount of space, with the added bonus of parking, Sky TV, and strong WiFi.
The back garden was not as described and couldn’t be used, and the living room was let down by uncomfortable couches and a noticeable damp smell
