Il faut juste fermer le robinet car les canalisations sentent parfois, mais rien de très grave et ça se gere facilement.

A casa está muito bem equipada e decorada com gosto. Localização excelente, pertíssimo da praia, restaurantes e do centro. Muito bem limpa.

Great location, very central in Santa Maria The host was very kind, always available and helpful in all situations There was everything I needed in the apartment. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I enjoyed the stay here a lot and would book the apartment again for sure.
The walls are quite thin, so if you know you have troubles sleeping with noise, make sure to bring earphones or else you'll get woken up at night by music, dogs and roosters. There's no AC in the bedroom, only in the living room. I was there in April, so it wasn't an issue, but it might be a bit warm in the summer.
