Це комфортна квартира з 3 балконами на 5 поверсі 5-ти поверхового будинку. Виглядає як на фото. Видно, що колись люди створювали житловий простір для себе і в ній все продумано. Господар, Марко, живе в цьому ж самому будинку і головне, якщо вам чогось бракує, або є питання, одразу звертатися до нього. Він дуже класний і готовий допомогти. Ліфту немає, але Марко затяг наші валізи в квартиру, а коли ми залишали помешкання, відніс їх до таксі. Він видав нам комплект рушників, в тому числі пляжних і ще деякі речі на наше прохання. Интернет загалом був дуже гарний, але інколи не критично падав вдень. Атмосфера квартири була саме така, як я очікувала. Подалі від гвалту, з видом на океан.
Марко, я би радила придбати в квартиру для наступних мешканців електричний чайник. Це, на мій погляд, єдине, чого дійсно бракує.

I rented this property for a week. I wanted somewhere bigger than your average apartment and this place certainly delivered, in fact it was a bit too big for just me but would really suit a family or several friends, etc.
I didn't cook here in the end which I usually do but all the stuff is there for that.
Cape Verde/Sal can be quite dusty and so the flat does get some dust if you leave the windows/curtains open but that's to be expected anywhere. The place was neat clean and tidy apart from that and the Internet worked well throughout my stay.
I don't think there was anything that could have been better tbh.

My friend and myself stayed here for 26 nights, November to December, starting with the two double mattresses which is important to me, they were both excellent quality, everything else was just how we wanted and needed our stay to be.
We loved the fact its in the locals neighbourhood and less than 5 mins walk to the nearest beach.
Marco the owner was just fantastic to us, if we had any questions about anything about our stay here, Marco was available in person or by message, he lives on the ground floor of the premises.
We didn't like having to leave and come home! For us it was perfect

Marco needs to put a blind at the shower of the bathroom
