The accommodation was very close to the center and quite spacious.
One of the two beds was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed for four nights, and my back hurt a lot from sleeping on it. Another issue we weren’t happy with was the communication. We had arranged an airport transfer with the accommodation through Booking a few days before our arrival. However, when we arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick us up. After finding some free Wi-Fi, we discovered that the driver’s car had broken down and he couldn’t come, but we had not received any prior notice. We ended up having to take a regular taxi instead, which of course caused unnecessary frustration and delayed our arrival at the accommodation.

Localizado no centro de Santa Maria, apartamento confortável e simpático. Com vários supermercados perto, bem como restaurantes, farmácia e padaria.
Apesar se sermos apenas 2 pessoas, alugamos o apartamento inteiro, ou seja, os dois quartos. Mas no check in, a senhora que nos recebeu, ao ver que eramos apenas nós 2, foi trancar um dos quartos, e logo o que tinha ar condicionado, sem sequer nos questionar ou deixar escolher.
