El anfitrión fue amable y atento. Buena comunicación. Apartamento está muy bien ubicado. En general, el apartamento está bien
En desagüe de la ducha no tragaba y se encharcaba a pesar de haber muy poca agua. Hubo un corte de agua en la ciudad y un poco de previsión nos habría evitado tener que ir a por agua a la piscina para el wc. Había un problema de hormigas que solucionamos con spray

The apartment is well located, host very nice, close to the beaches and walking distance from restaurants etc.
Valério has been very helpful and always responsive to anything we were asking. For example, we asked if we could get a coffee machine and Valério helped with one. He also helped with taxi booking etc.
Overall, apartment was okay, but would recommend some improvements to enhance guests stays. For example, it will be great to repair certain things in the apartment such as: bedroom doors not closing, shower head not hanging, air conditioning in the bedrooms would be a real plus as well. Also, the equipment,, especially in the kitchen, are quite basic so if you want to do some cooking it poses certain challenges. I'm sure if you ask anything missing to Valério, he will get that for you, but it's good to have a minimum in the apartment I believe. In addition, there has been some issues with water pressure during our stay. Valério has been attentive to this, but this was out of his control (he could not do anything about that).

Logement situé dans une petite résidence proche du centre, à l’opposé des gros complexes touristiques installés à l’autre bout de la ville. Quartier calme, petites épiceries et bons restaurants fréquentés par les locaux aux alentours. La piscine est agréable pour se rafraîchir. Situé au 2ème étage accessible par un escalier extérieur, l’appartement est plutôt confortable. Le palier fait office de petit balcon où on peut installer une ou deux chaises pour profiter de la belle atmosphère de fin de journée. Un autre balcon attenant à l’une des chambres permet d’entreposer l’étendoir pour faire sécher serviettes, maillots etc… Ce logement a un bon potentiel mais ses équipements mériteraient sacrément d’être améliorés…
Justement, le manque flagrant d’équipements et d’accessoires. Pas de poubelle et de tapis de bain dans la salle de bains. Certaines ampoules grillées dans cette même pièce et dans la pièce principale. Coffre-fort inutilisable car serrure cassée. Climatiseurs des deux chambres en panne (certes des ventilateurs de plafond mais l’un trop bruyant). Accessoires de cuisine manquants telles planche à découper, bols et bons couteaux. Dommage aussi que la seule petite table qu’on aurait pu mettre sur le balcon serve de meuble pour le micro-ondes.
Cela ne nous pas empêché de passer un bon séjour mais il devient urgent de faire quelques améliorations pour proposer un logement décent et plus fonctionnel aux futurs locataires.
