Tity Apartments T2 - Coladera Suites - Near Beach - Wi-Fi & AC

Property was great, it’s situated on a quiet residential road but a street away from the shops and activity. It’s spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated with a nice balcony.

A slicker process to pay for our stay would be nice as we had to find a cash point to withdraw money from, and when we came back the same person we needed to take the payment wasn’t there so we had to stand around and wait for the host (lives in the apartment below) to come and take it (although when she did come she was a lovely person). In any case they told me that they were going to eventually accept card payments once their payment processor is sorted out.

Sehr schöne komfortable und moderne Wohnung in einem neuen Haus. Alessandro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Rande des Zentrums hat uns gefallen, alles war schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Für regelmäßiges Kochen kann man Alessandro sicherlich noch um einige Kleinigkeiten bitten. ( Brotmesser, kleiner Kochtopf).

Super apparemment bien situé pour nos activités. Proche du centre et de la mer. Très propre et moderne et le propriétaire était très arrangeant pour un départ tardif ❤️

Rien tout était parfait

The location is great; very close to the market, good restaurants and within walking distance from the beaches. It is also a quiet street and relatively removed from sometimes boisterous nightlife. The price was very reasonable.

The hosts were neither friendly nor unfriendly but were quite removed and didn't offer any hints. It was very difficult to find the place in the middle of the night around 1h00 am, since not all taxi drivers know Santa Maria well and the directions we received did not work in the end. It would have been better for the hosts to offer to arrange a pick up from the airport, with the guests paying for. Guests arriving for the first time in Sal, even those well documented are blind and for the first few hours rely on the engagement of their hosts. That didn't happen to us and it is a shame since it shouldn't have cost them anyting, only a little initiative from their part if you want to keep the clients happy. The mattresses were among the most uncomfortable we've ever slept on. They should be changed together with the horrible pillows. If you plan to spend a fortnight, that is s very essential part. The apartment was clean but poorly maintained. The shower is simply a mess and should be promptly fixed. There is no air con and I don't know why the place continues to advertise it. And since you have to keep the windows open to have some breeze, all the dust from the unfinished floor above was inside the apartment in no time. Also lacking were carving knives. Having said that, we loved Sal, its people and their culture. We had a fantastic time. Sal has simply the best beach in the world and there is a wide offer of apartments to let. We'll try somewhere else next time.
