For a big appartement, it was completely cleaned. Nothings to say.

Personally, I do not intend to give a low rating, but I felt that the accommodation process was quite different from other suites or serviced apartments. There is no main lobby or receptionist available, and the entire check-in process is handled through agents. As a first-time guest, this made me feel less confident when proceeding with the deposit payment, especially since no proper explanation or documentation regarding the deposit was provided. Even after requesting a receipt, the process was not clearly documented. Initially, the arrangement appeared suspicious and felt similar to a scam, particularly because the agents did not wear any attire or identification associated with the property and seemed unrelated to the suites. Although the process eventually proved to be legitimate, the overall experience created unnecessary uncertainty. My concern is that the lack of a proper and professional check-in procedure may cause potential guests to feel uncomfortable or hesitant, which could affect their trust in the property and their willingness to recommend it to others. I believe that implementing a more structured check-in process, including clear documentation, receipts for deposits, and identifiable staff or agents, would greatly improve guests’ confidence and overall experience.
