Great location. Secured. Clealiness was very good.. Pleasant property with great view.. Overall experience was very good. They allowed early check in- very much appreciated. The person in touch was good and gave good co-operation.
Drinking water is provided once in 5 days. It is ridiculous. No Tea/ Coffee / milk sachets are provided which is basic need when you wake up in the morning. Getting keys was not easy. We had to call several times. Gave only one entry pass. it was very much inconvinent.

The location was pretty good, central location near Suria KLCC and the Petronas Tower
Cleanliness was very concerning, little cockroaches were all over the room and toilet, shower head was falling off, stinking smell in the room
