The check in and check out procedure are easy and guided by friendly staff. The location is good at city centre and easily to get e hailing and even walking distance to KLCC and pavillion. Rooms are spacious and clean for 4 of us to stay. Will recommend for others

It's centrally located in KL CBD, walkable distance to major shopping malls. The rooms are clean and equipped with necessary dishes, cooking equipment and utensils. However, the gym is closed down amd no alternative to it unless you pay for the fitness outside the building.

Rating: 1 / 5 "Misleading Listing — What You See Online Is NOT What You Get" This review reflects the experiences of two separate guests who stayed at Soho Suites KLCC by Wakely. Both stays were independently disappointing, and we feel it is our responsibility to warn future guests before they book. Room Size & Condition The rooms and living area are significantly smaller than what is shown in the listing photos — this is misleading advertising. The refrigerator's internal shelf/tray is cracked and damaged. One unit had a missing light bulb on the standing lamp in the living room — a basic oversight that was never attended to. Cleanliness — Serious Hygiene Concern This is our biggest complaint. Cockroaches were found in the kitchen cabinets and under the sofa seats. Even more alarming, baby cockroaches were found in the bed. This level of infestation is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the property's pest control and housekeeping standards. Trash bins at the staircase were consistently full and never cleared throughout the stay. Maintenance Issues TV was non-functional No local TV channels available Toilet water flow was extremely slow, indicating unresolved plumbing problems Shower head stands are loose — this is a genuine safety hazard, as opening the tap at full blast risks the shower head striking and shattering the glass panel Facilities — Undisclosed Changes & Hidden Charges The gym has been permanently closed for conversion to another use. This is not disclosed anywhere on the booking page. The swimming pool requires an additional RM20 payment per use. This is not mentioned during the booking process. Charging guests extra to access in-house facilities without prior notice is deceptive. The security deposit of RM200 is excessively high for a property of this standard. Value for Money The nightly rate is simply not justified given the condition of the property. Below-par maintenance, hygiene issues, hidden charges, and misleading photos make this poor value regardless of price point. The Only Positive The location is genuinely convenient — walking distance to KLCC and surrounding amenities. Final Verdict What is portrayed online bears no resemblance to the actual experience — and this is consistent across multiple guests. Between the cockroach infestations, safety hazards, broken amenities, undisclosed facility closures, and hidden charges, we strongly urge other guests to look elsewhere. Management must urgently address the hygiene and safety issues, and update their listing to honestly reflect what guests will actually find on arrival.

Air-con was not working in one room and the other room’s air-con was making a lot of noise. Accommodation was not not clean.
