    We stayed in the apartment with a group of six. At first, we noticed that the air conditioning was not cooling properly, but we thought it would be fine. Unfortunately, only one bedroom was cool, while the living room and two other bedrooms remained hot. We contacted the staff, who came and checked the air-conditioning temperature at 22°C and made some adjustments. It became cool for a short while, but the problem returned. Unfortunately, three of our friends had to sleep in the heat that night. The next morning, I contacted the staff via WhatsApp and was told that a maintenance team would be sent to check the air conditioning. However, after waiting for some time, no one came. As a result, we decided to check out at 10:30 AM instead of waiting until the scheduled 12:00 PM check-out time. Overall, the air-conditioning issue significantly affected our stay. We hope the management can improve the maintenance and response time to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

    Air-con was not working in one room and the other room’s air-con was making a lot of noise. Accommodation was not not clean.
