สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบคือ ฉันและครอบครัว เข้าพักหลายวัน คือ 10 คืน 11 วัน ควรมีบริการสอบถามกับลูกค้าเรื่องทำความสะอาดห้องพักบ้าง อย่างเช่น แบตไม่มีค่าบริการเพิ่มนะคะ ควรจะมีบริการทำให้ลูกค้าฟรี ในระหว่างการเข้าพัก 10 คืน
เข้ามาเติมทิชชู่ ภายใน 10 วัน เข้ามาทำความสะอาดห้องเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวซัก 1 ครั้งก็ยังดี ฉันเข้าพัก 10 คืน ทั้งที่พักควรเข้ามาทำความสะอาดมาสัก 1 ครั้ง ครึ่ง10 วันก็ดีนะคะ อีกหนึ่งอย่างที่ไม่ประทับใจก็คือใต้เตียงสกปรกมาก ยังไม่ค่อยสะอาด
แล้วก็ระหว่างเข้าพักมีช่างก่อสร้าง มาซ่อมกระเบื้องปูกระเบื้อง ทั้งหนวกหูทั้งขี้ฝุ่นมีช่างทำงานซ่อมกระเบื้องหน้าห้องชั้นประมาณ 6 วัน มันแย่มาก ทั้งหนวกหูและมีขี้ฝุ่น เครื่องซักผ้าที่มีเครื่องอบผ้าในตัว
ไม่ค่อยดีอบผ้าเท่าไหร่ก็ไม่แห้ง สิ่งที่ไม่ประทับใจก็คือประมาณนี้ค่ะ
ควรปรับปรุงค่ะ
