I had a wonderful stay at Soho Suite KLCC by Rest Kuala Lumpur with my family. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and my family really loved it. That’s the reason we always choose to stay here whenever we visit Kuala Lumpur.
The service was excellent. Ms. Jessy and Siti Nora were very helpful and always ready to assist us by providing all the necessary information. Mr. Kawaer also supported us during check-in and made the process smooth and easy.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back again!
However, there is one area that could be improved. Communication via WhatsApp can be a bit confusing. When we contacted one number, we were redirected to another, and then again to a different number. For a single booking, we had to contact multiple phone numbers just to get proper information. It would be much better if the management could provide one dedicated contact number to handle all booking and stay-related queries.
